一、教学目标

1、知识目标：能听懂、会说本课单词：listen to、talk to、China和重点句型“What are you doing? I’m…”。

2、技能目标：培养学生听、说、做、读的能力。

3、情感目标：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使其主动参与课堂实践活动，从而培养他们的合作意识。

二、教学的重点与难点

本课时的教学重点是单词：talk、listen、China和掌握句型“What are you doing? I’m…”。难点是培养学生在实际情景中就正在做的事情进行对话。

三、运用任务型教学法,直观演示法等。

四、教具准备

多媒体课件，单词卡片，图片。

五、教学过程

Step 1 Warm-up and lead in.

1、Greetings and sing an English a song together. T: Hello! Boys and girls how are you today?

Ss：Fine, thank you. And you? T: I’m fine, too. Let’s sing a song together. Ss: Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are…

2、Let’ do and say.

师先示范“跑步”的动作，让学生跟着做动作，边做边说：“I’m running”师适时提问：“What are you doing?”引导学生回答：“I’m running.”

（老师做一些示范动作，让学生猜一猜然后说出我正在做的事情，引导学生回答出完整的句子, 如：He’s …/ She’s…）.

Step 2 Presentation 1、

I will use word cards and pictures to teach them the new words one by one. For example, I will show them a map of China, and ask them what’s this? In this way I can

teach them the word”China”.

2、师示范“听音乐和讲话”的动作，让学生跟着做动作，边做边说：“I’m listening to music.

/I’m reading a book.”（师采用升降调讲授新单词：listen to、read.）并展开对话：

T: What are you doing? Ss: I’m listening to music. Ss: What are you doing?

T: I’m reading a book.

I will play the tape and ask students three questions. Then guide them read this dialogue and explain the main sentence pattern” What are you doing? I’m …”.

Q1: What is Sam doing? Q2: What is Amy doing? Q3: What is Tom doing?

Step 3 Practice .

2、Play a game “I act, you guess.” 一个学生做动作,另一个学生躲在其身后, 全班齐问What are you doing? S2根据动作猜出并回答：“I’m…”教师让全班同学评出最佳默契搭档，并奖励一颗星。

1、play a word game, if I point 2 fingers to one word, then students should read twice. If I point 3 fingers, then they need read three times. .

Step 4 Summarize.

I will invite two students to conclude what we learned and make a summary together. 本课主要学习句型“What are you doing? I’m

…”及其延伸拓展到句型“What’s he/ she doing? He’s/She’s…”

Step 5 Homework.

1、I will show them a picture and let them make a dialogue. They need to use the main sentence pattern to ask and answer the things they are doing “what are you doing?

I’m…. What’s he/she doing? He ‘She is …”

2、Recite the dialogue in activity2.
