多媒体PPT Step1 : 预习温故

1.情境问答，师生进行问答训练，巩固所学。

2.通过课件展示引出动物图片，以而巩固练习：

____is taller than _____.如下：

The bear is shorter than the giraffe. The giraffe is taller than the bear. The elephant is bigger than t he monkey. The monkey is shorter than the elephant. The elephant is heavier than the monkey. 3.写出下列词语的比较级或把比较级变为原级，学生单独回答，由于时间关系，可以到后边集体回答：

tall→taller happier→happy thinner→thin strong→stronger heavy→heavier longer→long angry→angrier big→bigger [教学过程]

*.巩固形容词比较级的变形规则，并熟记:一般情况下，直接在词尾加er;以重读闭音节结尾且结尾只有一个辅音字母的形容词，双写这个辅音字母，再加er;以“辅音字母+y”结尾的形容词，变y为i，再加er. *.能读懂Story time 中的故事。 Step 2. 新课内容展示

[教学反思]

作为英语老师也绝不能轻视学生在英语语言学习中的创造潜能，这就需要正确的学习方法，让学生自主地去探究知识。同时，辅之以教师的引导和帮助，从而培养学生的创新能力。学生的学习动机、求知欲以及全新意识，不会自然涌现，它取决于教师所创设的教学情境，因此教师要积极实行启发教学，创设恰当适宜的问题情境，触动学生的思维，引导学生积极思考和主动探索，激发起他们的创新意识，让学生在同一学习情景中提出不同层次的具有创新意识的问题，并能设法解决自己所提出的问题。
