Lesson 24 教学目标:
1.
知识目标:
⑴能够正确地听、说、认读本课核心词汇chocolate,dragon fruit,get-well card.并能了解一些其他常见的礼物类名词,如Teddy bear等
⑵学生能够听懂、读懂、朗读本课功能句型。
2.能力目标:学生能够在具体的语境中,运用本课功能句型Here’s a get-well card for you.表达自己的意愿,要求内容达意,语音基本正确。
3.情感目标:通过歌曲、游戏、小组表演、chant及课件辅助等手段,激发学生英语学习的积极性,树立健康饮食观的同时关心同学、互助互爱。

【讲授】lesson 24 Step 1.
热身
(Warming-up)
1.
Greetings T:Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Miss Li. T:At first, let’s sing a song together, 《Vegetable Song》Ready? Ss: Go.(歌曲中提到多种蔬菜carrot、bean,cabbage,corn等,同时鼓励孩子多吃蔬菜)
设计意图:热身歌曲符合孩子的年龄特点,调动孩子的积极性,歌曲内容引导孩子多吃蔬菜,为接下来的课堂开展做好铺垫。
2.Free talk T:Now,let’s have a choosing game. (课件展示一个转盘,有6个数字,对应6种之前学过的病症)You choose one to six and answer my questions according the pictures. Ss: Two. T:What’s wrong with you? Ss: I have a stomachache.(根据图片对应病症回答)
T:Good.Sit down, please. Ss: Five. T: What’s wrong with you? Ss: I have a fever. ......(多找几个人,复习单词的同时练习他们的快速反应能力)
T: In these pictures,boys and girls are ill. They should take some medicine, take a good rest and have more vegetables. They are good for our health. Ss: Yes.
设计意图:以熟悉的问答引入情境,运用所学相关生病的单词句子,利用游戏的方式练习,既复习了之前所学内容,又让学生有参与游戏的刺激。
3.Listen and talk. T: Let me introduce a new friend, Tom, to you. He’s not happy recently. Please listen and help him. Tom: Hi!I’m Tom. I’m a student. I like eating ice cream, candies and chocolates.(利用软件播放Tom的独白,更有真实感)
I also like meat and fried chicken. Now I become fatter. And I always have a stomachache. What’s wrong with me? Can you help me? Ss: You should take some medicine. You should go to see a doctor. You should have more vegetables and fruits. You should......(学生们积极动脑,想要给新朋友提供帮助,同时练习之前的重点句子)
设计意图:通过热心帮助Tom,复习之前学过的重点句子,给生病的新朋友提供治愈方法,同时知道摄入过多的甜食和肉类对身体有害。
Step 2.
新课导入(Presentation)
1.
Make a call T: (出示23课中Kate卧床休息的图片)Do you remember Kate? She is ill. We’re worried about her. Let’s make a call to her.(播放真实电话铃声)
Hello, Kate. How are you feeling today?(对着屏幕与课件中的Kate模拟对话)
Kate: I feel much better.(利用软件用Kate声音进行回答)
Teacher encourage students to talk with Kate. And then try to practice in pairs.
设计意图:通过打电话关心生病的同学Kate,引出24课的重点句子,学习对生病的朋友进行身体状况的询问以及如何应答。
2.
Give the gift T: We should prepare some gifts to her.I prepare a book.And how to say? Let me first. Hello! Kate! Here’s a book for you.(对着屏幕与课件中的Kate模拟对话)
Kate: Thank you. T: Now, it’s turn to you. Ss: Here’s a pen for you.Here’s an apple for you. Here’s ... for you.(此处鼓励孩子自由发挥,倡导真实性,送出自己喜欢的水果和礼物)
设计意图:通过给Kate准备礼物,练习24课重点句子Here’s ... for you.

Learn new words Teacher show the pictures of new words: dragon fruit,
chocolate, get-well card and important sentence: Here’s a get-well card for you.(教师准备火龙果、巧克力图片进行展示,又拿出康复卡片进行练习。先练单词、后融入句子中纠正发音。)
Students practice in pairs.
设计意图:通过读、拼方式加深重点单词的记忆,同时带入重点句子进行模拟练习。
Step 3.趣味操练(Practice)
1.
Let’s speak. Students try to make up new sentences using new words.(小组练习时提示送礼物的手势以及回答Thank you)
设计意图:结合新单词创造新句子,激发孩子们课堂参与的积极性,同时巩固所学单词及本课核心句型。
2.
Let’s act.
Teacher show the picture of text. Students try to make up new dialogue using new words. (Call for leave, go to the hospital, classmates visit)
设计意图:同学们通过第四单元的学习已经能够结合新旧知识创编出一场相对完整的小短剧,在孩子们积极参与的同时也提高了舞台表演力。
3. Let’s chant “or”pronounce[ɜ:],read the important words and the tongue-twister with tape.
设计意图:通过对worker、work、word等单词的发音规律,同学们可以加深“or”的发音[ɜ:]。绕口令的练习不仅锻炼了语速也让孩子们感受到英语语言的魅力
3)Let’s sing and dance Make a song using new words in Lesson 24 and dance with it. (利用创编歌曲的方式提示多吃蔬菜水果的好处,又利用舞蹈的形式活跃了班级气氛)
设计意图:载歌载舞的形式让同学们更加快乐的记住今日所学单词,同时增强体魄。
Step 4.作业(Homework)
1. Send a gift to your friends or parents using the important sentences. 2. Appeal everyone to eat more vegetables and fruits and keep healthy.
设计意图:熟练地使用所学重点句子,不仅仅局限于某一两个单词。认识到蔬菜水果对健康的重要性,形成积极向上的生活观。
