Unit3 travel plans 第二课时
一、教材分析
本课时的教学内容为新起点英语四年级下册P25,即A Look, listen and repeat, B Do a survey and report, C Let’s write. A部分通过Andy和妈妈的对话,情境化地呈现本单元功能句。B部分通过调查汇报活动操练功能句,体会语言在交际情景中的运用。C部分要求学生结合个人情况,尽量选择本课所学词汇回答问题,同时强化良好的英文书写习惯。
二、学情分析
学生之前接触过一些关于活动的词或短语,如climb a hill, make a snowman, fly a kite等。但对于著名景点并未有过学习,因此本课如何将已知与未知很好地相结合,是很关键的一点。四年级的学生以前学过what, where引导的特殊疑问句,为这节课的顺利学习打下了基础。
三、教学目标
1.能够听懂、会说关于某人想去某地旅游及从事相关活动的旅游计划的功能句Where do you want to go?......What do you want to do ?.......;能够初步在情景中进行口头交际,并能根据问句写出答句。
2.能够读懂和填写调查表格,并对调查结果进行转述。
3.能够结合个人情况,写出下列问句的答语:Where do you want to go? What do you want to do ?并做到书写正确,规范。
四、教学重点、难点
1.sea, ski, eat seafood, visit the Mogao Caves, West Lake, row a boat, the Great Wall, take photos等描述旅游景点名称及相关活动的单词和短语;能够根据语境恰当使用Where do you want to go? What do you want to do ?等句子来询问某人的旅行计划。并能进行转述。
2.转述时会涉及一般现在时第三人称单数的用法。
五、教学过程
(一)Lead in 复习上节课的单词,快速抢答,看谁反应的快。
1.sea. 2.ski滑雪,出示图片
2.eat seafood. 吃海鲜
3. Visit the Mogao Caves参观莫高窟
4.West Lake. 西湖
5.row a boat. 划船
6.the Great Wall.长城
7.take photos 照相
(二)Presentation:
①看视频。
T: Watch TV. Where does he want to go? What does he want
to do there?
设计意图:通过视频,学习对话,能够使学生感到更真实,生动。
T:Where is it? S: It’s Sanya.
T: What can you do in Sanya? S1: I can swim in the sea
T: We can swim in the sea. I like the sea. What can we do by the sea?
S1: We can walk/ …
T: Do you like eat seafood? Look here! They are seafood. What does seafood mean?
Ss: It means 海鲜。
T: The food comes from the sea. We can eat seafood by the
sea.
设计意图:sea, seafood单词比较简单。主要是运用。
②教学对话
掌握与旅行有关的交际用语
A:Where do you want to go this summer vacation?
B:I want to go to Sanya.
A:What do you want to do there?
B:I want to swim in the sea and eat seafood.
采用领读,小组读,齐读,背诵等多种方式,尽快掌握对话。
(三)Practice
What’s missing游戏
Let’s look at the screen and read them together. Now let’s have a look which one is missing?
闪卡游戏,all eyes on the screen, what is it?
T: I won the lottery. I got a lot of money. I want to travel. Can you make a travel route for me?(点击课件)
以组为单位,用”Where„go„?”和“What„do„?”做对话。
A:Where do you want to go this summer vacation?
B:____________________________________
A:What do you want to do there?
B:____________________________________
设计意图:激活学生已有的知识和生活经验。培养学生说的能力。将学生去过和想去的地方与这节课的对话有机结合起来。
