指导思想与理论依据
本节课是《人教版英语》四年级下册第3单元,是《Travel Plans》这一单元的第二课,课题类型为新授课。这一课讲的是与旅游有关的一些景点,及询问并回答某人假期旅游计划的交际用语。《英语人教版》中规定基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;是学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神;帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异,扩展视野,培养爱国主义精神,形成健康的人生观,维它们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。本课按照《人教版英语》的要求设计教案,力求使学生在愉快轻松的气氛中习得语言,发散学生思维,培养学生自主学习的能力。
教学背景分析
本课学习与旅游计划有关的以下单词和词组:travel plans, beach, swim, West Lake, take photos, ski,eat seafood,visit the Mogao Caves,row a boat,the Great Wall, summer vacation,。除个别词外,其他生词都是成对出现的,即有一个旅游景点的生词,就有一个与之相对应的去该景点做什么的生词。学生在以前的学习中曾接触过swim, see, West Lake, 等这些词汇,本单元要求学生四会(听、说、读、写)掌握它们。另外,专有名词的第一个字母要大写,关于这一点,教师在教学中要注意提示学生。本课学习与旅游计划有关的以下交际用语:“Where do you want to go this summer vacation? I want to go … with…”。
对于四年级的学生,我认为应从以下几个方面考虑:
A、创设情境,引导学生在真实中体验新知。有了生活,才有了语言,把学生置身于他们所熟悉的环境氛围当中,才能激发起学习的兴趣,才能使学生带着浓厚的兴趣,带着“乐学”的积极性去主动探究,参与学习。
B、让学生学会学习,为他们的终身发展奠定基础。
留给学生自主学习的时间和空间,引导学生多想、多说、多做,感受成功和喜悦。对于四年级的学生来说,要更多的帮助他们积累学习方法,使它们养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略是英语课程的重要任务之一。课堂上要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导,积极创造条件,让他们在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。
C、创设真实情境,通过任务途径,培养学生综合语言运用能力。
英语学习的最终目的是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。英语课堂上要尽量采用“任务型”的教学途径,给学生创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、小组讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。给学生留有任务,更能吸引他们的注意力,能更有效的完成教学任务。
本课教学目标设计
知识目标:
(1) 能够听、说、读、写与旅游计划有关的单词和词汇。
(2) 能够听、说、读、写与旅游计划有关的交际用语。
(3) 能够在范例练习中正确使用标点符号和书写格式。
能力目标:
能够初步询问别人的假期旅游计划,并能用英语正确回答别人的提问。“Where do you want to go this summer vacation?”
“I want to go to ….with …”
情感目标:通过对本课的学习,使学生了解我国一些较著名的旅游景点,
感受我国丰富的旅游资源,从而激发热爱祖国的情感。
教学过程与教学资源设计
创设情境,整体导入新知。
1:Free Talk (出示照片,提出问题,谈论去过的旅游景点)
T: Do you know where am I ?
Ss: Shaolin Temple.
T: Can you tell me where have you been?
Ss:I have been to ….
2:Presentation
T: They are great!
T: Do you know where is it?
Ss: China.
T: Yes, China is very big, it is the 3rd
biggest country in the world, in China, there are so many famous places, such as the Summer Palace …. I have been to the Great Wall, it’s so great, but this summer vacation, I want to go to some other places with my friend, now let’s see what are my travel plans? (播放课件)
T, Ss: So I want to go to West Lake this summer vacation,(边说边出示生词卡片) they are my travel plans. (出示板书课题)

T: Please look at this calendar, what month is it now?
Ss: It’s July/August.
T: We have a long holiday in July and August, we can call it “summer vacation”.(出示板书)

T: We also have a long holiday in January and February, we call it “winter vacation”.
新授导学,保持兴趣。
3:Listening
T: You know where I want to go this summer vacation, but what about Bill, Binbin, Yaoyao, Lily and Joy? Do they want to go traveling this summer vacation? If they do, where do they want to go? Please listen carefully and then please number.
T: Who is no.1?
Ss: Bill is no.1.
T: Where does Bill want to go this summer vacation?
Ss: To the beach.
T: What does he want to do there?
Ss: Swim. (在输出的过程中,教师纠正个别单词的发音)

4:Game: Finding Friends
T: If I show a picture “ Mount Tai”, you please
show another picture “ see the sunrise” and then read aloud as quickly as possible. If you win the first one, you can get the ticket, and after our class, you can go to your favourite place with this ticket.

5:Practicing the Sentences

6:Game: Choose and say
T: I need someone to help, please choose a picture from my left hand and another one from my right hand, now, let’s ask him/her the question.

S1: Yes/No.(回答yes,进入下一个问题,回答no,继续提问原问题)
T: Do you want to go to … with your mother? (如果回答yes,请他/她完整复述整句话,如果回答no,继续提问原问题)

7:Producing
T: There are so many beautiful places in the world, they are wonderful and popular, let’s see what are they? (播放课件)
T: They are yellow mountains, stone forest, the Summer Palace, the Temple Heaven, Harbin ice lantern show, Shanghai Mingzhu Tower, Jiuquan, Thailand and Pairs.
T: I like climbing mountains, so I want to go to the Yellow Mountains with my friend, I want to climb mountains and take pictures there. I want to go there by plane.
