教材分析

本单元学习的话题是:兴趣爱好Hobbies。单元内容围绕本话题,

主要语言知识为描述兴趣爱好的7个单词或者词组:reading, skateboarding, singing, dancing, doing jigsaw puzzles, making models, collecting erasers 和功能句

What are your hobbies?

本课是Unit4的最后一个课时,以小故事的形式复现本单元的部分学习内容。主要介绍了主人公Bill的4个兴趣爱好:

playing football, painting, singing, collecting stickers,以及他的宠物Lucky喜欢做的事情。并围绕收集贴画这一爱好,通过Lucky把Bill最心爱的stickers叼到野外这一小插曲,体现了主人公Bill善良宽容的一面。

教学设计根据课文的结构特点,我把课文分成两部分:第一部分谈论关于思路

主人翁Bill的兴趣爱好,第二部分关于主人翁的宠物Lucky喜欢的事情。

1. Pre-reading:围绕本单元话题:hobbies进行Free talk, 引入到谈论主人公Bill的兴趣爱好; 2. While-reading:通过两个自读任务,引导学生寻找文本关键信息,理清故事线索;通过猜测人物语言,小组讨论等形式体会主人公的感受;

3. Post reading:通过角色扮演体会故事的童趣,利用课文后排序活动,巩固对故事的理解。

学情分析

在本单元的前几课时学习中,学生已理解本单元话题Hobbies,并

能使用核心词汇短语和功能句表达自己的兴趣爱好。学生在三年级时已学习过动词-ing的形式,并在本单元中学习了like + doing 结构。

教学目标

1.

学生能够借助图片和其他阅读策略读懂故事,完成故事后的句子排序活动。

2.

学生能够在教师的指导下朗读故事;能够复述或表演故事。

3.

学生能够体会故事中的童趣,以及主任公的善良、宽容。

教学重点

1.

读懂、理解故事,并完成句子排序活动。

2.

能够使用Bill likes/Lucky likes/Bill and Lucky like…复述故事内容。

教学难点

1.

表达人物喜欢做某事时,第三人称单数likes和复数like的选择;

2.

Messy、big collection 的词义理解。

Read and draw T: (指课件图) Bill has a good friend-Lucky. Does Lucky like playing football/painting/singing/collecting stickers? 设置学生自读任务1:Find Bill’s Hobbies,并以思维导图的方式记录,归纳。培养学生的自读文本、寻找关键信息和对文本进行归纳的能力。

引导学生以第三人称转述故事内容

学生自读任务2:

确定Does Lucky likes…?并画笑脸或哭

脸;培养学生的理解、判断和利用标识做笔记的能力。

由:They are very interesting!

引导学习读图,理解故事情节,体会人物语言,培养学生的看图和语言表达能力。

通过教师和学生角色扮演故事小插曲体会主人公的善良、宽容。

同时为故事学习完成后,学生的role play做
