Teaching Procedures:

Step 1 Students review the words of unit 2 by reading them aloud. Step 2 Discovering useful words and expressions. Task1

Find words and phrases that can match the English explanations. Task 2 Find words from the previous pages from this unit to replace the unlined words . Step 3 Complete the passage with the words in the proper forms. Step 4 V-ing used as subject Task3 Teacher give students some examples including –ing form. (showing some pictures) Finding ways to grow more rice is Yuan Longping’s life goal. Smoking is not allowed in the school area. Smoking is forbidden in the school area. Swimming can be dangerous sometimes. Reading aloud is very important for us to learn a foreign language. Listening to English songs and watching English films can be helpful to our study.
