本单元以

“非语言幽默大师”为题，介绍了世界著名的电影演员、喜剧大师查理卓别林以及他在无声电影时代的精湛表演和辉煌成就。因此，本课的教学重点是了解幽默的种类及无声幽默大师---卓别林。

鼓励学生象卓别林一样在逆境中保持乐观积极向上的态度。

二学情分析

所带学生英语基础薄弱，部分同学对英语学习兴趣不足，口语表达效果不理想，因此本课要通过多媒体，PPT增强直观感，以激发学生的学习兴趣。

1) Ask ss to show some funny stories they collected before class and ask some of them to analyze why it is funny. 2) Show one Chinese and another English humor ON PPT and let ss find out the difference of their humor. 3) Among different types of humor, do you like the verbal ones or the non-verbal ones?
