Analysis of the teaching material Do you want some rice?是外研社新标准英语第四册第四模块第一单元的内容,本节课是一节新授课.本单元主要围绕Talk about the food 这一主题展开.本单元的课文情景是:Amy和Daming在公园里看到中餐的快餐摊位,Daming询问Amy是否吃米饭,而Amy却不想吃.这时,Amy看到厨师在拉面,她不知道那是什么,就问Daming,Damng告诉她厨师在做面条,并询问Amy是否要吃面条,又端来两碗面条,询问Amy吃西红柿鸡蛋面,还是土豆烧肉面. 本模块的教学内容是复习了现在进行时,又复习了一般现在时,这说明,时态的综合运用是英语中常见的语言运用现象.并让学生学会询问别人和自己喜欢的食物会购物.这一内容难度不是很大,尽量让学生能用更多的词汇介绍自己喜欢的食物.老师应在学习过程中给学生提供反复学习理解掌握知识的时间和空间. Analysis of the students 本单元授课对象是小学四年级学生。经过一年多的英语学习,他们活泼上进,有一定的英语基础,喜欢合作学习,有良好的课堂合作学习习惯,能静能动,集体观念较强。学生对一般现在时在三年级下册学过,所以本单元是在复习巩固一般现在时的基础上加深刚学习过的现在进行时的表达,让学习理解四会单词并会询问别人和自己喜欢的食物。在教学中教师应该更关注后进生,给他们更多的机会表现自己,激发他们的学习积极性,让所有学生自然地同步前进,并为接下去的学习打好基础。

3.Have a free talk
