H.Teaching Procedures Step 1 Revision 1． Revise the song of Unit One:My pets. Ask some questions like this: Do you like singing songs? Step2 Presentation In this unit we learn a new song．“Last weekend”

Master the sentences: What did you do last weekend? What do you do on the weekend? We’ll use some phrasal verbs． Each phrasal verbs has two or three words

Repeat it twice, please．

Ask the children to read the phrases．

go to the zoo--went to the zoo see a film--saw a film, play ping-pong--played ping-pong Take care of the simple past tense. Then go on listening and singing, "Last weekend"． Let’s see another example, Master the sentences: What did you do last night? Ask the children to read the phrases．

watch TV--watched TV stay at home--stayed at home read a book--read a book Then read the sentences to the class． Ask the pairs of students to answer

“What did you do last weekend/last night?”

Step 3 Practice Let students listen and sing the song together. Ask them sing the song in groups Sing the song face to face. Step 4
