Grandparents

一、单元目标

1. 语言知识与技能

（1）掌握单词：once、twice、times、knock、strange要求正确流利地朗读，并运用。

（2）掌握词组：

twice a week, play chess, write an e-mail, on the Internet, go shopping, knock at the door, go on an outing, on one’s way to…要求正确流利地朗读，并运用。

（3）掌握句型：

How often do you visit…?

I often…

Are you all right? I am OK. 要求熟练流利。

（4）通过学习能根据提示与同学进行问答，了解同学的祖父母的情况。学习能以“探望祖父母”为主题写话。

（5）通过学习能用自己的语言复述小红帽的故事。

2. 文化与情感

通过学习小红帽的故事和重阳节的来历，让学生了解到父母和祖父母为家庭所做的贡献，为自己的成长付出的心血，教育学生平时多关心自己的长辈，孝顺自己的父母和祖父母，并为他们做一些力所能及的事情，旨在教育学生懂得感恩。

3. 学习策略

能在课堂学习中，通过倾听、阅读、思考及小组合作等方式，完成学习任务。

语用任务：

本单元还要求学生能用以前所学的句型介绍自己的祖父母，并根据提示与同学进行问答，了解同学的祖父母的情况，能以“探望祖父母”为主题写话。

1.复习以前所学的一些中国传统节日，了解不同节日的特点。

2.针对重阳节这一主题进行阅读与问语用任务

1.主要掌握动词词组以及能询问他人的祖父母的情况，能回答他人的问题。

2.说说并写写你探望祖母时的活动。

要求语音基本正确，内容达意。

第二课时

1．围绕话题创编儿歌。要求语音正确，表达比较流利，内容达意。

2．根据字母或字母组合的发音规律认读单词，并能正确辨音。

描述和祖父母一起过传统节日重阳节的一些活动。要求内容完整，表达流利。

第三课时
