Teaching aims: 1.The students can be able to understand the main idea of the passage. 2. The students can be able to learn the knowledge about travel and travel plan. 3. The students can be able to show their ideas about the journey and their travel plans. Knowledge goals 1.To have a better understanding of reading.

Ability goals

Enable the Ss to have the ability to make their travel plans. Let the Ss learn the reading skill of getting the main idea of each part and each passage.

train the Ss to get the useful information in the passage. train the Ss to analyze ,deal with and make use of the useful information in the passage. Moral goals

Increase the Ss’ awareness of the importance of make their travel plans.

I’ll lead-in the passage by showing them some pictures to attract their interest first. I will give the students several pictures to see and answer the questions the teacher asks. （1）“Here are some famous places of interest. Do you know their names?”
