Step 1 . warming up

Let students listen attentively and tell what is recognized by the book Guinness World Records.Design purpose: arouse students’ interest in this class

Step 2. Lead-in

Show students some pictures of athletes breaking world records,and ask thtm to focus on one queston: Is it easy for athletes to break world records?

Design purpose: lead students to one point:No pains,no gains.

Step 3. Practice 1)
