1)What is chip?

"Chip" is short for microchip. It

is a small piece of semiconducting material (usually silicon) on which an integrated circuit is embedded.

A typical chip can contain millions of electronic components (transistors). Computers consist of many chips placed on electronic boards called printed circuit boards.

2)What is an android?

Android is an operating system for mobile devices that includes middleware and key applications, and uses a modified version of the Linux kernel. It allows developers to write managed code in the Java language, controlling the device via Java libraries.
