1、warm-up（热身）

（1）复习旧知口语练习（5分钟）

（2）let’s sing：my small cat（5分钟）

Step 2:Presentation（10分钟）

1.播放新单及图片countryside,shadow,lower,smarter,become。

T:This is a city.And that is a countryside.Write the word on the blackboard.（出示城市和乡村的两幅图）同理出示单词卡片教学单词shadow,lower,smarter等,并教学生跟读。

2.T:Spring is coming!The sky is cleaner and the sun is brighter.Can you think of any other changes?观察四幅图片并描述。可给出提示:Which season is it?It’s …

3.（Read and write）（10分钟）

(1)学生独立阅读课文，边读边理解，圈出不懂的地方。

(2)学生阅读并理解下列句子、汇报交流成果

(3）开火车读短文

(4)教师讲解学生不理解的部分，学生做笔记。

Step 3：Consolidation and extension（8分钟）

1.领读Read and write 中的句子并纠正读音。

2.师生互译下列句子。

(1)It is getting lower and lower,but his shadow is getting longer and longer. (2)Your shadow grows longer because you are growing taller. 3.再读短文。完成Read and circle版块内容。

4.小组对话。完成填空练习。（Read the story again and finish the dialogue.）

5.请学生总结并交流答题技巧。

1.听录音朗读Read and write。

2.完成练习册对应习题。
