I’m 1.65metres.How heavy are you? I’m 48 kilograms. What size are your shoes? My shoes are size 37. 教学重难点：

重点：复习本单元的单词和句子。

难点：能借助图片读懂Story time中的故事。

教学过程

一、Warm-up Sing the song My small cat 二、Revision 1.

复习三会单词：dinosaur, hall, metre, than, both, kilogram, countryside, lower, shadow, smarter, become 活动方式：教师先抽读单词卡片，然后让学生看图说单词。

2.

复习四会单词：younger, older, taller, shorter, longer, thinner, heavier, bigger, smaller, stronger. （1）教师出示图片，学生通过抢答说单词，抢答到的学生还要拼读出单词

（2）让学生说出这些单词的原形

3.活动:正反话

活动方式:教师说一句话,学生要马上将这句话反着说出来,比比谁的反应

快。如: T: Jack is older than Sam S: Sam is younger than Jack T: Amy is thinner than Kate S: Kate is heavier than Amy. 三、新课呈现

1.教学B Let' s check (1)先让学生观察这八幅图片

(2)教师播放录音,让学生勾出正确的图片。

(3)全班进行讲评订正。

(4)教师再次播放录音,学生将回题的答案写在书上。

(5)全班校对答案。

2.教学B.Let' 5 wrap it up (1)看例子,小结所学的形容词比较级的变化规律

①一般情况下,形容词比较级直接在后面加-er a g 如: tall-taller

②在重读闭音节(即:辅音十元音十輔音)中,形容词比较级应先双写末尾的辅音

字母,再加-er 如:thin- thinner ③以“辅音字母十y”结尾的双音节词,应先把y改为i,再加-era 如: heavy heavier (2)学生利用以上规律,独立完成练习

(3)全班讲评订正。

3.教学C. Story time (1)师生对话,导入故事。

T: Do you like football? SI: Yes, I do T:(出出示球门的图片)What’ s this? 52: It’s a goal T: Yes. it's the goal. Who is often in front of the goal? Yes, it's a goalkeeper Look! what's happening there? Yes, someone needs a goalkeeper! Then, what,s going on? Let's read the story (2)学生阅读故事,了解故事大意。

(3)教师播放课文录像,要求学生边看边思考: Q1: Do they need a tall goalkeeper? Q2: What kind of goalkeeper do they need?

(4)学生阅读后回答问题。

(5)让学生说说下列句子的盒思,并模仿故事中人物的语音,语调说句子

四、现固与拓展( Consolidation and extension) 活动; Football Club 活动方式:告诉学生:学校要成立一支足球队,欢迎大家报名加人足球队。请学生根据自身的情况,说说自己能为球队做些什么。如: Hello, I’m Tony. I'm 1 62 metres. I’m 48 kilograms. I want to be a goalkeeper. I can catch the ball well. I can run fast and jump high. I'm smart I think I will be a good goalkeeper. 五、家庭作业( Homework) 1.听录音,进一步理解故事内容。

2.完成活动手册配套练习。

3.与家人或朋友玩“正反话”游戏。
