Read the new words after the recording; 2. Read the words by themselves and check the answer; 3. Ask students to divide the words into three parts: the familiar words, the new words and the important words. Students can find that there are many words in a unit, but the new words are less. And the important words and the words that need teaching are much less; 4. Ask students to read the three different kinds of words fluently; 5. Teach the key words. Show some pictures and explain the usage of some key words, such as struggle, expand, rid, equip, regret and command. With the help of some pictures and sentence pattern, students can master the usage of these words quickly; 6. Make a summary of these key words, including some translation and other kinds of exercises. IV. Homework

1. Review the note 2. Recite the new words of this unit 3. Exercise book. V. Reflection Many students can attend the class carefully. They are eager to learn more knowledge and they would like to communicate with the teacher actively. But there are still parts of the students can’t catch the class.
