Step1 Warming-up(show the computer’s pictures and applications) T:( ask students whether they know the development history of computer and show the pictures.) (ask students whether they know computer’s

applications then guide students to say the proper words and expressions about computer’s.)

Step2 guess the meaning and do the exercise. sentence1：show the sentence “I began as a calculating machine in France in l642．” and show its meaning.

T:(let’s look at the sentence together, the word’s meaning)
