【教材内容】PEP小学六年级英语下册 English pronunciation patterns

【设计思路】

本节课是六年级下册English Pronunciation patterns 部分中音标节选,基于学生对辅音字母、元音字母、元音字母组合都已经在之前的每册都慢慢学习过了,因此教师就在元音字母组合中挑选了三类帮助学生复习。根据课标要求,本课采用任务型教学模式,先采用游戏进行热身活动,激发学生的学习兴趣。同时对于引出每一个字母组合之后,教师都借助课外的一本有对应字母组合的绘本帮助学生理解和学习。在最后的扩展环节,让学生自己运用已知来写一写,交流小故事,培养学生获取信息和表达交流的能力。

【教学总目标】

⑴课标陈述:

1.对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好。

2.能掌握三组元音字母和字母组合的发言规律,了解拆音、拼音和分类等知识。

3.能根据所给发音规律辨认词形。

4.能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂绘本故事。

5.在学习中乐于参与,积极合作,主动请教。

6.能够运用所学语音知识来交流绘本故事。

⑵教材特点:

本节课重点学习元音字母-a-,及字母组合a-e,-ai-和-ayr-,单个的音标部分都在之前已经学习过,教师主要是再借助这三组音标帮助学生来阅读有关的绘本故事,扩大学生的课外知识面。教学内容的安排能够激发学生的学习兴趣。不仅仅是简单的语音复习课,更是在

音标复习程度上的升华,以此达到对音标听、说、读、写的程度。本课时分两个层次:(一) Try to read the story(二)Try to show the story.内容涵盖丰富,来增强学生的综合运用英语能力。

【Teaching Objectives】

After learning this lesson, the pupils can

1.Read the three stories of “wait wait wait”.

2.Chant in chorus, listen and do, then show their story in this lesson.

Some top pupils can

1. Know the pronunciation of the alphabets by themselves and read the stories frequently.

2.Chant in chorus, listen and do, then write a short story in this lesson.

Some weak pupils can

1.Read some words with a-e, or -ai-, -ay-. -a- fluently and try to read the story.

2.Try to chant in chorus, listen and do, do their best to write and read in this lesson.

【教学重难点】

Important points :students are able to know the pronunciations of the letters: letter -a-, letter a-e, letter -ai and letter -ay.

Different points: students are able to use the pronunciations to read the story.

Using to teach

1.Using Listen-Act Method, TPR to engage the pupils actively in class activities.

2.Teaching English in English, avoiding unnecessary Chinese in class.

3.As the pupils are the Grade Six pupils, stimulate the pupils’ interests is the most important thing, so try to using various ways to present the new contents, such as chants, songs, rhymes and games as possible in class..

4.Using CAI as a new teaching method to help the pupils to learn English easier.
