邢台二中校本课程之Jigsaw reading阅读法。Jigsaw reading就是把Jigsaw的理念和做法与英语阅读相结合的一种教学方法。它的操作方法是：把用以阅读的语篇材料分解成若干个零散的片段，随机将这些片段分发给学生，让学生阅读片段并加以推理分析，然后与他人进行沟通询问，形成小组进行讨论，从而对信息进行符合逻辑的整合,把文章复原完整。最后进一步加深对于语篇的理解，提高阅读的能力。

Analysis of the teaching material

This teaching period mainly deals with reading and understanding. As we all know, reading is an useful skill for the students, which has always been a difficult but important part in high school English learning, so it should be paid enough attention to by both the teacher and the students. The reading passage is mainly about the origin of life on the earth. It follows a time line and has a very clear structure, so it won’t be of much difficulty for the students. Analysis of the students Students in Senior 1 are crazy about astronomy and they are expecting to learn more about it. They have mastered some useful words, expressions, sentence patterns and reading skills. However, there are some difficult words and terms in the passage, so it is necessary to make the class easy and interesting. My students are science students and I think they will be interested in it.
