Teaching aims:

Help the Ss to learn about the greatest navigational journey:the story of Captain Bligh’s amazing journey of over 40 days through about 4000 miles in an open boat across the Pacific Ocean with his followers after some of the crew took over the ship. 2. Ability aim:
1). To practice the students’ oral English.
2). To develop the students’ reading skills.
3). To practice the students’ writing skills. 3. Emotion aim:
To let Ss realize that the whole life is an adventure, the furthest people are the person who are often willing to do it and willing to take the risk. Teaching important & difficult points Train students' reading ability and writing ability.
