一、教材分析:
新人教版二年级英语下册共有6个单元和2个复习单元。这6个单元的教学话题分别为:Playtime, Weather, Seasons, Time, My day, My week。从教学内容上可以看出,本册书各单元主要以时间和活动为话题。本课为Unit3 Seasons 第四课时Story time。教学内容以故事形式展开,让学生在复习本单元所学内容的同时,享受阅读的乐趣,体会本单元核心词汇和功能句的使用语境。
二、学情分析:
对于本单元“四季”这一话题,学生已在前面3个课时中初步掌握了四季的词汇及其简单的描述。但是,对于“四季”相关活动的英文表达还不够丰富。plant, water,pick等动词词汇及其运用是新知。
三、教学目标:
1、知识与技能:
A.能够借助教学视频、教材图片、文字及老师的讲解读懂故事。
B.能够跟随视频,大胆模仿角色,朗读故事。
C.能够在教师帮助下尝试表演故事。
D.能在教师的引导下续写新故事。
2、过程与方法:
A.通过图片观察策略训练故事阅读能力。
B.通过角色扮演理解故事内容。
3、情感态度价值观:
通过理解故事内容,懂得“No pain, no gain.”(没有耕耘,就没有收获。)的道理,学习故事中little cock,从而传承中华民族的“勤劳”美德。

六、教学过程:
Step1: Warming-up
1. Warm up by singing the song“Four seasons”. 2. Question and answer:
What season can you see? What’s your favorite season and why? Step2: Lead in 1. Elicit “ Peanuts”. T: Everyone has his favorite season.
You like summer. She likes spring. He likes winter. And I like autumn. But every season is important. Today, they can tell you why. Why every season is important?
(T shows the picture of “peanuts”. Ss learn this new word.)
T: What’s this?
Ss: Peanuts 花生. 2. Lead in the story.
T: If you do well, I will give you some peanuts. (引入小组“花生”评价机制)
T: What can you do with the peanuts?
Today, we will learn a story about peanuts. Step3: Presentation
1. Look at Picture 1, then ask and answer questions about it .
T: Who can you see?
What are these? What will the cock do? 2. Look at Picture 2 and watch the video, then ask and answer questions about it .
T: What does little cock do with the peanuts?
T: Who comes?
T: What does cock say?
T: But what does monkey want to do?
T: Can you guess what season is it now?
(plant the peanuts, fly a kite) 3. Look at Picture 3 and watch the video, then ask and answer questions about it .
T: After spring, what season is it now?
T: Yes. Cock says “It’s summer.”
T: Who comes? T: Cock comes to the river side. He looks at monkey. What does cock say?
T: But what does monkey want to do?
4. Look at Picture 4 and watch the video, then ask and answer questions about it .
T: After summer, what season is it now?
T: Yes. so Cock says “It’s autumn.”
T: Who comes? T: Cock comes to the peanuts field. He digs and digs. He looks at monkey. What does cock say?
T: But what does monkey want to do?
5. Look at Picture 5 and watch the video, then ask and answer questions about it .
T: After autumn, what season is it now?
T: Yes. so monkey says “It’s winter.”
T: What are these? T: Yes. What does monkey want to do now? T: Cock looks at monkey, does he agree monkey to eat?
T: What does cock say? 6. Look at Picture 6 and watch the video, then ask and answer questions about it .
T: Who comes again?
T: What does Angle say to monkey?
Step 5 : Practice
1. Watch the video the 2nd time and read after the recording.
2. Watch the video the 3rd time and read again. 3. Read the story one picture by one picture and role-play. 4. Ss’ presentation.(学生头戴角色卡片展示故事) Step6: Summary

八、教学反思:
1、课堂评价机制中,除开教师评价反馈以外,教师可引导学生在每完成一项活动,分别进行自评、互评等。
2、由于课时限制,一些未能展示角色扮演的小组可以安排到课后进行或者下节课开头。对于每组展示,教师应及时反馈评价,并做好记录。
3、二年级下册的英语故事阅读课可适当引入阅读策略——图片环游策略,引导学生学会图片观察,并从中获取有效信息,图文结合,帮助理解故事和文本。
