本课时是第六单元的第一课时，主要掌握重点句型What tine is it? It’s…It’s time for …及单词eleven ，twelve ，lunch，breakfast ，dinner，理解故事内容，表演故事。首先，通过小组竞赛的方式数数1-10，复习1-10数字，活跃课堂气氛，并引出新单词。然后，通过观察图片及平时常识，学习单词lunch，breakfast ，dinner，和句型What tine is it? It’s…It’s time for…使学生明白在什么时间做什么事，其中的学生对单词breakfast的拼读上有点困难，容易读错，课后还需多读多听。接着，通过听说读写并表演的方式对故事的进行学习及巩固，学生能够有表情，动作及不同的语气进行表演，个别同学在表演上能够发挥自己的想象力，为故事色彩。最后，通过展示Liu Tao 的时间表及关于Liu Tao的一天的故事书，使学生明白A good timetable makes you successful! 本节课比较遗憾的是最后在时间把握的上存在不足，结束较仓促，如果最后少表演一组可能更好一些。
