Teaching Aims: At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to

grasp the present progressive passive voice and make use of it correctly 2.

acquire the skill of problem solving by observing and discussion. 3.

understand the care and love from parents and surrounding people.

Teaching Important Points:

1.Guide the students to have a good command of the basic rules of passive voice. 2.Guide the students to find out the similarities and differences among different kinds of passive voices. Teaching Difficult Points:

Guide the students to summarize the grammatical rules of passive voice.

Guide the students to apply the present progressive passive voice to speaking and writing. Teaching Methods: Instructive Teaching Analysis of the students: Students in Senior One have learned Passive Voice before in junior high middle school, however, many students are confused about the grammatical rules of passive voice and fail to apply it to writing and speaking. Meanwhile, Mother’s Day is coming, and some gifts should be sent. Thus, writing something grateful in person as a gift is nicer. It is high time that students should apply the grammar to practice.

Teaching

Step 1. Lead -in Making use of pictures with sentences of passive voices , guide students to review the passive voice in tenses that were learned before. 1. 设计的亮点是这六个句子运用被动语态，学生很容易结合图片理解句子意思，从而降低理解难度会让学生克服畏难情绪，比较轻松的进入新的学习状态。

be 动词在各种时态下的结构。学生通过自己的观察和分析进而总结，是高效的学习方法，能加深印象。这六种时态的被动语态是以往学习的知识，通过对此的复习和帮助学生对比分析，进而更容易引入新课程。

随着母亲节的到来，刘洋想给他的母亲写一封信，借以表达对母亲无限付出的感恩之情。内容包括：

1.母亲每日洗衣做饭。

2.遇到困难时，母亲给予的帮助和引导。

3.在成长的历程中，母亲给予的教导。

4.让母亲放心，自己在生活中和学习中一定会尽力。。

注意

帮刘洋写一封100字左右的信, 要求使用至少一个被动语态句子。
