【教材内容简析】

本套教材以学生为中心，以主要人物的活动为主线，强调语言的学习以多输入、多接触为主。本册书围绕运动、健康、夏季活动、李明回家四个话题展开学习。而本课是第三单元（夏季活动）的第一篇课文。在以往对四季名称、气温、活动等的学习基础上，进一步了解四季树木的变化，珍妮和李明的夏季活动等促使学生对四季尤其是夏季有更为深刻的认识，能更加详细地用英语对季节进行描述。

【学情简析】

六年级学生对英语的学习兴趣由三四年级时对英语课堂活动形式的兴趣逐步转化为对知识本身的兴趣。对于季节，他们并不陌生，在六年级上学期对于四季名称、气温特点、季节活动，尤其是冬季活动，他们已经有较为深入地认识，并能进行简单描述，具备了一定的知识储备，对于本课学习没有太大难度。

1.能听、说、读、写“四会”单词：fan 。

2.能感受四季树木变化，并运用new leaves ，green leaves ，lose their leaves ，don’t have any leaves 等短语描述树木在不同季节的变化。

3.能简单表达夏天的乐趣。

4.能进一步对四季进行描述。

过程与方法目标：

通过同桌对学、小组合作学习等方式解决不同难度的问题，渗透合作学习策略，培养学生团结、合作、相互交流的能力。通过听录音、跟读课文等方式解决单词及句子“读”的问题，通过联系生活实际，遣词造句等方式培养学生的语言运用能力。

情感态度与价值观目标：

通过学习，激发学生对四季的喜爱，对大自然的喜爱。通过联系生活实际，感受身边之美，激发学生对家乡的热爱之情。通过体会四季之美，四季之乐，激发学

生对生活的热爱，同时教育孩子们珍惜美好时光，努力学习，健康成长。

【设计意图：通过春趣、秋趣、冬趣的回顾，无论是学习兴趣还是原有知识都已经被充分调动了起来，“夏趣”这一部分很简单，学生基本上都能自主完成。四会单词fan，发音简单，学生能听录音自己学会。教师通过借助图片和动作让学生明白fan的意思，并让学生体会它既是名词也可以作动词。】
