教材分析:
本节课的教学内容为冀教版小学英语六年级下册(2011三年级起点)第三单元的第十八课《Three kites in the Sky》。本单元的重点是Danny、Jenny和Li Ming用will来讨论他们的暑假计划,享受暑假的乐趣。本节课是对本单元教学内容的运用和拓展,讲述三个不同的风筝,在天空中飞翔的过程中,遇到落水男孩所持有的态度与所做的行为,告诉学生美好的品德更受大家的喜爱和尊重。本节课的故事符合六年级学生的认知水平,在教师的指导下学生容易理解故事,并愿意进行故事的表演和改编。
学情分析:
六年级的学生已经有了一定的语言基础,他们具备了一定的口语表达能力和阅读能力,也能够借助图片,读懂和描述图片要表达的信息。在学习本节课之前,学生已经学过了如何用形容词描述外貌等特点及其相关的动词短语,这都为本节课奠定了基础。
教学目标:
知识与能力:1.掌握单词kite、beautiful、strong、fast、nice、remember. 2.通过看故事、读故事等方式,让学生了解故事,感知本单元的核心语句: Everyone will look up at me. She has many colours and a ling red tail. She can fly very high in the sky. How beautiful I am!How fast I am!能够理解课文。
过程与方法:以话题为线索,通过整体感知语境,看故事、演故事、改编故事等多种方式培养学生的阅读能力及综合能力。
情感态度与价值观:培养学生乐于助人的品质,帮助他们树立正确的价值观,让他们懂得美好的品德更受大家的喜爱和尊重。
教学重点:通过看故事、读故事等方式,让学生了解故事,感知本单元的核心语句: Everyone will look up at me. She has many colours and a ling red tail. She can fly very high in the sky. How beautiful I am!How fast I am!理解课文。
教学难点:通过对课文的理解,表演故事,改编故事。
教学过程:

Krista says nothing! 4.Suddenly,Krista yells”Hey,Kylie and Karla!The boy needs help!”HELP!HELP!The boy needs help!”Why?Look at the pictures and guess what happens. 5.Listen and order. (
