I. 教学目标: 1、知识目标:
(1)在课文、句型和交际中学习以下词汇:spent(spend), video, proud, excited;
(2)学习He spent about 21 hours in space.这类叙述过去事情的语句;
2、技能目标:
(1)能听说读写本课的单词和课文。
(2)能听懂课文内容,并能回答与课文相关的问题。
(3)能根据图片或实际情况,运用过去式描述本课杨利伟及神州五号的故事;
3、情感目标:体现师生同心、同乐、同行的“乐学—导学”教育模式,培养学生“自主、合作、探究”的精神和乐于竞争,乐于交流,乐于合作的能力。同时激发学生的爱国主义热情。
Ⅱ.重点、难点: 1、重点词汇:flew, became, spent, proud, be proud of,made, worked. 2、重点句型: In October 2003, ShenzhouV flew into space. He spent about 21 hours in space. He wanted to go into space. Then his dream came true. 3、教学难点:(1)能根据图片或实际情况,运用过去式描述过去发生的故事
Ⅲ.Teaching aids: PowerPoint, video,exercise paper. Ⅳ.Teaching steps:
Step 1: preparation 1. Greetings. T: Pleased to meet you. 2. Let’s sing, little star. 3. Free talk: What did you do last weekend?( 复习动词的过去式,为新授做铺垫) 3. Guessing game: What did she do? (设计意图:为进一步学习扫除障碍,又能活跃课堂气氛。)
Step 2: Presentation 1. Ask:What did Shenzhou V do? 播放视频,回顾一下六年前那激动人心的一幕!播放神舟五号升空录像,激发学生的学习动机。引导学生做出正确回答,并板书ShenzhouV flew into space,学生拼写并齐读。
2. Show the title T: Do you want to know more about Shenzhou V? T: Now, let’s learn Module 7 Unit 1 He spent about 21 hours in space.板书课题并齐读。
Step 3:practice 1.Read silently and answer the questions. 学生快速默读回答简单问题,熟悉课文大意。

T: When you were a little boy/ girl, what did you want to be? 6.Who wrote the story? His son is Yang Ningkang. He wrote a story about his dad. And he was very proud of his dad. T: what are you proud of? 3、Listen to the tape and repeat. Then read loudly in groups. (设计意图:训练听力并纠正发音) Step 4: production 1.
Read the text again by themselves. 2.
Choose the correctly word to fill in the blanks. 3.
