一、教学目标: 1学生能够听懂、会说、认读并书写单词banana、meat. 2学生能认读、理解并使用下列句式：What do they eat?They eat... 二、教学重点和难点: 1能够熟练的掌握句型:What do they eat?They eat... 2提高口语表达能力,能够把句子运用到实际生活中。

三、教学准备：多媒体课件、动物头饰、动物及食物图片

四、教学过程：

Step 1: Greeting: T: Good morning ,class，How are you? Ss:I’m fine.thank you. And you?

T: I’m fine.thank you. Sit down,please. Step2:Review T:Today we are going to have a lesson with our old friend. Who are they? They are..... (出示动物图片课件)

Ss: They are panda, bird,fish,cow,tiger,monkey. T: Are you happy today? S: I’m happy. T: I’m happy, too. Do you know “where do they live”? First one, where does a panda live? Ss: A panda lives in a forest.

T: Who wants to be a little teacher? Ask the question.(图二) S:Where does a bird live? Ss: A bird lives in a tree. (图三同样方式问答。图四、图五、图六team one ask team two, team two ask team three...) [设计意图：复习学过的内容，为本课学习做准备。] Step3: New concept T: We all know“ where do they live”. Do you know“

what do they eat”? Today let’s learn lesson11 What do they eat?(板书Lesson11 What Do They Eat? 齐读) T:Before class,maybe you don’t know. But we have a book.(出示幻灯片书) This is a book about animals. Let’s open the book.（幻灯片）First listen, you should think about two questions. Q1: How many animals are there in this book? Q2: What are they?(听两遍录音) S1: There are four animals in this book. S2: They are monkeys, tigers, cats, cows. （把动物卡片贴到黑板上）

T：Keep listening. You will know “what do they eat”.(听两遍录音) 【设计意图：通过听录音，图片引出本课要学的动物，有利于培养学生直接运用外语的能力。】

1、T: What do monkeys eat? S: Monkeys eat bananas. T: Let’s check the answer.(出示猴子，香蕉图片，生齐读banana，

出示一把香蕉图片，bananas：领读，点名读，将图片粘贴到黑板上) T：Monkeys eat banana or bananas? S: Monkeys eat bananas.(师领读，点名读，师问生答，领读问句) T: What other animals eat bananas? S; Elephants eat bananas. 【设计意图：在讨论中熟悉、使用本课所学的知识，但不能只局限于课本上的四种动物，让学生也描述出其他动物的食物。】

2、出示老虎图片

T: What are they? Ss: Tigers. T: What do tigers eat? S: Tigers eat meat.(教学meat) T: Who can complete this sentence?(What do ___ eat?) (team one ask team two, team two ask team three......) T: What other animals eat meat? S: Wolves eat meat. Lions eat meat. 3、出示猫图片

T: What are they? Ss: Cats. T: Who can ask the question? S: What do cats eat? T: Who can answer the question?

S: Cats eat fish. (practice in pairs) T: What other animals eat fish? S: Bears eat fish. 4、出示牛图片

T: What are they? Ss: Cows. T:

Ask the question together. S: What do cows eat? T:

Answer the question together. S: Cows eat grass. (boys ask,girls answer) T: What other animals eat grass? S: Horses eat fish. Sheep eat fish. Rabbits eat fish. 5、齐读板书

Step 4：Practice 出示动物的图片和对应的食物，连线：Find their food. Step 5：Play a game T: You are so great. Let’s have a break and play a game about animals. What are they?(拿出动物头饰)Look, I am a monkey. Monkeys live in a tree. Monkeys eat bananas. When I say“tree”, you should find its picture and lift it. When I say“bananas”, you should find its picture and lift it. Who wants to try?(一学生上台演示，其他学生找出相应的动物及食物)

【设计意图：通过游戏活动营造轻松的课堂氛围，在无意识中吸收活动所使用的语言。】

Step 6：Consolidation and extension 1、T：You are very good. Now let’s finish“Let’s do it.”学生完成课本的第二部分。做完后要求先订正答案，然后看图片读句子。

2、Do exercises: Take out your paper and write your answer. 【设计意图：通过let’s do it和练习题的形式对本课重点进行巩固，加深记忆。】

教学反思：本节课尽可能地采用听、说、玩、写的方式，使每个学生

都参与进来，充分调动了学生的积极性和主动性，整体效果不错，但是也存在不足之处，由于时间的原因，学生操练的机会较少。在今后的教学中，我要根据学生各方面的特征，设计和组织更多的不同的英语课堂教学活动，让课堂成为学生获知的乐园。
