一、教材分析

本单元的主题是计算机，大部分内容都是围绕这一主题展开。本课的主要内容是机器人参加足球比赛，采用拟人的手法，以第一人称的形式机器人谈到自己在足球比赛中担任前锋，如何实现和队友之间的传球，从而达到进球的经历。还谈到智能机器人组队在日本和美国参加足球赛的经历。在读文章过程中，学生可以了解机器人的信息，为自己设计一个机器人创立了简单的档案。因此为学生的自我创造提供了线索，从而激发学生的学习兴趣。

1.Extensive Reading 我采用图片导入本节课的内容，然后展开课文的阅读，加强学生的阅读技巧的训练。

2.Speaking 通过在reading中获取的信息及有用句型帮助学生学会用英语来描述创造怎样的机器人。

二、学生分析

高中一年级的学生已经积累了一定的词汇，具有初步的听说读写能力。

但本节课里有些生僻的词汇，对学生来说仍然有一定的难度，因此教学设计中适量的降低难度，在加强基础知识的同时提升学生的学习能力，培养他们的学习兴趣。

三、教学目标

Knowledge aims: 1. Get the students to learn and master the new words and useful expressions: type, coach, arise, in a way, with the help of, after all.

2. Let students read the passage Andy-The Android to know what androids or robots can be in human’s daily life.

Ability aims: 1. Develop students’ speaking ability.

2. Get students to learn to think creatively. Emotion aims: 1. Stimulate students’ creative thinking by designing their own androids.

2. Arouse students’ interests of advanced information technologies. 四、教学难点
