本节课要教授的内容是LWTE 1B Chapter 4 More about animals的A部分。学生已学习一些动物词汇和动词：

eat, run, swim。本节课主要学习内容是：运用现在进行时描述动物正在做什么。通过这节课的学习，学生能初步感知理解eating, sleeping, fighting, hopping, swimming, running，

能初步运用句型“What is/ are the+动物doing?”

询问动物正在做什么，能初步运用“The +动物

is/ are v-ing.”回答动物正在做什么。

本课授课的班级是一年5班。通过一个学期的学习，学生已经基本能接受老师全英上课，对老师的指令能清楚地领会并能马上作出反应，并能完整地说出一个句子并能用完整句子回答老师的问题。他们活泼、敢于发言、乐于参与课堂活动且热爱表演。本节课的设计旨在创造更多让孩子上台展示自己的机会，鼓励孩子大胆展示自我。
