Unit1 Robots will do everything

【教材分析】

本单元通过Daming 和Sam之间关于机器人的对话,学习谈论将来可能发生的事。

【教学目标】

1、知识目标:

基本能够听懂,会说,会读词汇:robot, walk, talk, one day, everything, housework, learn, our.

2、能力目标:

a.通过模仿、操练、游戏、表演等活动,学生能够在真实的情景中运用所学的语言知识,做到学有所用。

b.继续学习用can谈论能力。

c.学习用will谈论将来。要求学生能够运用学过的语言畅想未来机器人会做什么。

3、情感态度:培养学生的团队合作精神,让学生感受到科技的进步,激发学生兴趣,鼓励学生努力学习。

【教学重点】

1、学习词组do the housework help children learn

2、掌握句子:Robots will do everything.

3、运用“can+v.…”“will +v.…”来描述某一件物品。

【教学难点】

能够正确理解运用Will句型谈论将来,能正确区分housework 和homework 。

【课前准备】

教学过程:

Step 1: Warm up 激趣导入(2分钟)

Say a chant and do the actions :

Run, run , I can run.

Jump,jump, I can jump.

Write, write, I can write.

Walk, walk, I can walk.

Talk ,talk, I can talk.

T : Wonderful, we can do these things. I have a friend. It can do these things, too. Look here, what is it?

Step 2: Presentation

Show a robot to the class and say “Today we’re going to talk about the robots.”

1. Describing the robots, it can sing. It can dance. One day, robots will do everything. (运用图片展示robot的含义)

2. Ask to the students : “What else will the robots do?” (让学生看课件了解机器人能做什么不能做什么)

3. Now show the text to the students. Look at the book and ask. a. What can Daming’s robot do? b. Will robots do the housework? c. Will robots help children learn? ...

Write the answers on the board. And talk about the sentences: It can walk. It can talk.

They will do the housework. They will help children learn. 4. Write the sentence on the board: O ne day, robots will do everything. (替换句中动词及动词词组,让学生运用所学,同时理解

one day的含义)

Step 3: Teacher-student interaction

Look at Patr4 in the book and talk about what the robots will do in the future. Blackboard design:
