二、教学内容

语言学习主要学习词汇学习部分中的三项练习。

1.

Finding the word or phrase from the text for each of these meanings.

2.

Finding words from the previous pages of this unit to replace the underlined words. 3.

Completing the passage with the words in the blue box in their proper forms. 三、教学目标

词汇学习部分主要用来帮助学生更好地掌握阅读课文中的词语。练习1要求学生在理解所给释义的的基础上，找出相应的单词填写。练习2要求学生用所学的词汇替换练习中五个句子里的划线部分。练习3要求学生运用课文中所学的词汇完成短文填空。

四、教学重点

学生对三项练习中的词汇的掌握。

1. 学生如何高效自主学习。

2. 讨论时间的控制。

3. 教师对学生学习的高效引导。

学生中三分之一英语水平为上，三分之一为中层次，三分之一为下层次。

十、教学过程和时间分配

Step 1.

T: Good afternoon,everyone!

Step 2. Lead-in (3mins )

Ask some of the students to write the words on the blackboard, “The words and expressions related to A Pioneer For All People. ”

Step 3. Introduction (4mins) PPT showing: Ex1. In order to let students have a better understanding for the“words and expressions”,

individual work is needed. And then ask them to get a good preparation for their presentation of “words and expressions” in class.

Step4. Work in groups.

Discussion on Ex2 and Ex3 among the students (4-5 mins

) and give their answers on the whiteboard.

Step5. Students’ presentation of the words and expressions(16mins)

Six groups give their presentation by taking turns and explaining to the class the words and expressions in different patterns.Group 1 presents their understanding for the“words and expressions”

in the order of the Ex2.Group2----Group6 in turns presents their understanding for the“words and expressions” in the order of the Ex3. Step 6. Explanation Explain the difficult language points in Ex1, Ex2 and Ex3(4mins

)

Step 7. Consolidation(4mins)

Ask the students to make sentences using the different forms of the words in Ex3 Step 8. Make a summary and group evaluation(5mins)

Step 9. Homework (2mins)

1. Review Exercise 1 and Ex2 on page12 .

2. Prepare for tomorrow’s dictation.
