本课为本单元的第四阶段，为语法部分，是本单元的最后部分。让学生理解和掌握现在分词的构成，含义以及用法，提高学生的语法应用能力。

时间安排

这是三年级的第一学期，学生经过前面两年的英语学习，在英语语法方面有了一定的了解，在英语语法方面有一定的提高。但是中职学生的英语语法基础仍然很薄弱，需要在课堂学习时注重学情，依照学生的实际状况开展教学，适当降低学习要求，提高课堂教学效果，培养学生浓厚的学习兴趣，创造和谐的英语课堂教学氛围。
