Watch pictures about changes in seasons. Show pictures about sceneries about winter, spring , summer and the common activities in each season. Then talk about weather in autumn and what students want to do on weekends. T: Boys and girls, first, let’s watch some pictures.

Look, in autumn, the leaves are falling and it’s not so hot like in summer. It’s getting

cool.(引出getting的学习) T: Do you like autumn?

Ss: Yes! T: We can do many activities in this autumn. What do you want to do on weekends? Ss: I want to play games/go to the park/go to the shopping centre/... T: Look, do you want to have a picnic? Can you guess what I will bring?（拿出一个装满实物的袋子，请学生摸一摸，猜一猜）Look, what’s this?

It’s a candy. (can+dy拆开来拼读，带读) （出示一些糖果）Wow，there are some candies.

Do you like candies?

Ss: Yes, they taste good!

T: Do you like chocolate?

Look, this is a bar of chocolate. (chocolate 为已学单词，重点教学b + ar ，出示几块巧克力比较，a few bars of chocolate)

T：（出示花生）Look，this is a peanut(pea+ nut ) There are some peanuts. They are also delicious.

T: We have so many food now, what else are we going to bring?

T: We will bring some drink, because we will be thirsty.

2. Game: 人气指数小调查

教师将新单词的图片和其他食物开篇分别贴在黑板上，学生喜欢哪种食物，就说“I will bring…”，教师就在该食物的下方画一张笑脸，哪种食物下面的笑脸多，说明它的人气指数高。
