教学目标：

1.知识目标：能听、说、认读单词cheetah、race、thought、felt、trip、woke等：能完成read and write部分的练习，并能理解、朗读短文内容。

2.能力目标：培养学生的阅读能力和综合运用知识的能力。

3.情感目标：教育学生要仔细观察，用心生活。

教学重点：能阅读短文，完成相应练习。

教学难点：能用过去时描述自己做过的梦。

教学准备：单词卡片、课件。

教学过程：

Step 1 Warm-up&Free-talk 1.Do you like animals? 2.What animal can run very fast? Step2 Presentation 1.What animal can run very fast?----Cheetah.A cheetah can run very fast.----Antelope.An antelope can run very fast. Cheetah VS Antelope. 2.What makes you feel worried? Imagine:If you are an antelope,a cheetah is running after you.He wants to eat you.You must be very worried. 3.Wu Yifan had a dream about the race.DREAM!
