Unit 1 My Neighbourhood 教学设计

（第3课时）

教学目标与要求：

1. 能够通过学习小故事，进一步复习，巩固，应用有关“问路指路”的交际用语和场所的名称。

2. 能够在教室的帮助下，借助图片、词典阅读、理解本课故事，并能在简易地图上正确画出David的行进路线。

3. 能够在教师的帮助下简单复述、表演本课小故事。

4. 能够和同学一起学习小故事，培养积极合作，共同完成学习任务的意识。

教学重点与难点：

1. 本课的教学重点：配图故事的阅读理解。

2. 本课的教学难点：

（1）正确画出David的行进路线。

（2）简单复述、表演故事。

课前准备：

1. 教学录音磁带。

2. 教学挂图。

3. 学生准备英汉词典。

4. 学生准备词汇积累本。

5. 教师自制的相关教具(如：自制课件，小奖品等)。

教学过程：

Step 1：Greetings:

Step 2：Revision：

Play a Bingo Game to review the words and phrases of Unit1. 2.

Show a map of a community to ask and answer in order to consolidate the sentence patterns about asking the way. Step 3：Presentation：

Stick the teaching pictures on the Bb. Ask them perceive the whole story. T:Have you been to Museum?How do you go to the museum? S:I go to school by bus.. S: I go to school .... T:Let me introduce 2 friends to you.And let’s see how do they go to the museum? 2.

Listen to the tape and order the pictures according to the tape. The right order should be: bookstore / supermarket / drugstore/ cinema/ museum. 3.

Show some pictures about places. 4.

Ask the pupils to read the story and circle the new words. 5.

Learn the story in groups. Cultivate the pupils’ skills of using reference book.
