教学设计说明

学情分析：

五（6）班的有33个学生，通过近四年小学阶段的英语学习，已经积累了一定数量的词汇量，并掌握了不少常见的句型和语法知识。绝大多数的学生在英语学习中养成了良好的学习习惯，对学习有着较为浓厚的兴趣，他们乐于表达，也能积极思维，具有一定的语言基础和口头表达能力。但可能因为年龄和生活积累的关系，大部分学生不善于把已有的语言材料进行有机整合，在语言输出的过程中常有语法错误，且表达不够流畅。因此，在教授的过程中，教师要注意创设一种良好的语言学习环境，通过合理再构文本内容、拓展课外阅读、引入形式多样的教学方式来引导学生的思维活动，让学生们敢于在英语课堂上多说、多练，自由表达所知、所想，以便他们今后更多语言技能的学习。

单元教学任务分析

M3U1以“城市周围”为主要话题，要求学生复习和掌握城市中常见场所、专有名词地名的表达，通过参观访问城市场所或景点，学习与运用Excuse me. How do I get to..., please?的问路方式、选用的交通工具以及具体的路途表达，如Walk along...等。在描述城市和场所的过程中，感受人文景观和城市文化。

Dialogue1: A:Hello, Jill. This is Alice. I move to a new home. J: Wow, where is your new home? A:It's at No.123 Park Road. J: Oh, it's near my home. I live at No.126 Garden Street. You can see Yummy Bakery next to my home.

Dialogue2: A: What do you do at weekends? J: I often go to Star Cinema with my parents. A: Where is Star Cinema? J: It's on Park Road. It's beside Star Bank.

There is a bus stop next to Star Bank. So I can go to Star Cinema by bus.
