本课教学内容是谈论图片上正在发生的事情,询问并讲述正在发生的事情。第一单元的课文情境是Sam向大家展示自己的绘画作品,介绍图画中的人物以及他们正在做的事情。这是一个比较典型的运用现在进行时的语境。一般而言,描述图片内容,可以使用一般现在时表示当时发生的事情。但使用现在进行时可以使描述与更生动,这也符合现在进行时的用法:描述现场正在进行的动作或发生的事情。
本模块的学习重点是现在进行时。这是学生第一次学习实意动词的现在进行时结构,虽然学生已经学过助动词“be",但是在学习现在分词结构时仍会有一定难度,尤其是不同的分词构成形式。因此,要求所有学生在第一次学习这一结构后就完全掌握是不现实的,而应允许部分学习有困难的学生在随后的学习中逐步掌握并巩固这一结构。
在教学中,我采用了多媒体技术,把课文内容,用活灵活现的图片展示给学生,游戏也不单一,整节课充分调动了孩子的积极性。.我注重了从已有知识的导入,让学生们从复习入手:先唱歌曲,然后看动作说词组,让学生们对已学的一些动词词组进行了复习,学生们在歌曲的感染下,在TPR的动态中,很自然地就将注意力转到了英语学习上。从而对新课的教学起到一个很好的铺垫作用,提高学生的学习兴趣。学生们学得积极、主动,学习气氛非常浓厚。
如因为所教的内容为现在进行时,所以教学动作都以实际动作或课件形式出现,给学生以最真实的语言场景。再如我设计了学生猜动作的动作,采用部分模糊图片及用学生自己真实的声音,以提高学生的学习积极性。当然,我在教学设计过程中,还有一部分有待完善。以后这种情况应严格控制活动时间,根据学生的具体情况适当调整活动方案,要以万变应不变。
学生语言表达能力的提高,要靠长期的学习积累。
