被动语态的基本结构：

Be + done

2.

现在进行时的构成：

Be + doing

eg:

I am watching TV.

Step2 Look at the following sentence and find the rules for the present progressive passive voice correctly. 1. We are being killed for the wool beneath our stomachs. 2. Our fur is being used to make sweaters for people like you. 3. I wonder what is being done to help you. 4. Daisy turned around and found that she was being watched by an elephant. 5. So good things are being done here to save local wildlife. Step3 Summary：

现在进行时的被动语态

1.构成：am/is/are (not) + being + V-过去分词

2.意义：

………正在被做. e.g:

肯定句：A new library is being built now.

否定句：Some animals are not being protected well.

疑问句：Is the bridge being repaired now?

用法：（1）

表示说话时正在进行的被动动作, 强调主语是动作的承受者。

e.g.

She is being examined by the doctor now. 练习：

瞧！这个婴儿正由他的姑姑照料着。

Look!

The baby is being taken care of by her aunt. 2) 表示现阶段正在进行的被动动作。但此时此刻不一定在进行的被动动作。

E.g. Recently, a new building is being built outside our school. 练习：目前，这个房子还在粉刷中。

At present the house is being painting.

3、表示一种经常性或习惯性的被动行为，常与always, often, constantly连用，往往带有赞扬、责备、厌烦及埋怨等感情色彩。

e.g. Tom is always being praised by the teacher 练习：

我们教室的那扇窗经常被打破。

The window of our classroom is often being broken. 4)．与情态动词连用，表示对现在正在发生的被动行为的推测。

e.g. John is not here . He must be being interviewed 练习：李华的父亲此刻可能正在揍他。
