Period 1

一、教学目标

(一)语言目标

1. 词汇:能听懂、会说、认读新单词forecast,clear,heavy,light,rain;

能听懂、理解、会说新单词won’t;

能在语境中复习与运用关于天气的旧单词sunny,rainy,cold,warm,cool, hot

2. 句型:能理解、运用句型“It will∕won′t be„tomorrow.”描述不同天气;

能理解、运用句型“There will ∕won′t be a„”进一步描述不同天气

(二)应用目标

1. 能用英文指认将来的不同天气

2. 能向同伴介绍将来的天气情况

3. 能听懂、会说课文A部分的天气预报

二、教学重、难点

1. 重点:能听懂、会说、认读新单词forecast,clear,heavy,light,rain;能用句型“It will∕won′t be„tomorrow.”与“There will ∕won′t be a„”对不同天气做出细致描述。2. 难点:能运用名词rain,wind,snow等以及他们相对应的形容词rainy,windy, snowy等;能理解并学会运用“It will∕won′t be„”与“There will ∕won′t be a„”

Step 1 warm-up

1. Greetings

2. Sing a song: How is the weather?

How is the weather? How is the weather? How is the weather today?

Is it sunny? Is it rainy?

Is it cloudy? Is it snowy?

How is the weather today?

Let’s look outside

How is the weather? Is it sunny today?

Let’s look outside

How is the weather? Is it rainy today?

Let’s look outside

Step 2 Presentation

1、由歌曲:How is the weather?师提问:How is the weather today?(What’s the weather like today?),并提醒学生结合实际。

T: How is the weather today?/ What’s the weather like today?(特别强调today这个词) You can look outside .

S: sunny……

T: yes. You are right. It’s sunny.(并把句型It’s……板书在黑板上)

师出示sunny的ppt

T: what’s this?(指着太阳的图片问学生)

S: sunny(师帮助学生一起连接it’s sunny)

师教授,生跟读,再叫个别学生跟读,并检查。

2、T: what’s the weather in spring?(春天的天气是什么样的?) you can speak in Chinese.

T:………

师接着出示ppt,春天的图片,并带着生说:It’s sunny. It’ s warm.

出示sunny and warm 的ppt,带读It’s sunny and warm.

T: what’s the weather in autumn?(秋天的天气是什么样的?)

T:………

师接着出示ppt,秋天的图片,并带着生说:It’s sunny. It’ s cool.

出示sunny and cool 的ppt,带读It’s sunny and cool.

小组齐读并检查。

2、师用手边做动作边问:How is the weather today? 配合动作和声音:哗哗哗。。。

T: You can guess.(出示雨的ppt)

S:Rain……

师教授rainy(It’s rainy.)

师做出下雨莎莎的声音,问是小雨还是大雨?

S:小雨

师出示小雨的ppt,学习新单词,light(由right 延伸到light)

教授light, light rain

同上教授heavy rain (由 head 延伸到heavy)

3、Game

师伸出左手,生读light rain;师伸出右手,生读heavy rain;师伸出两只手,You should stop.练习新词组

4、师用手边做动作边问:How is the weather today? 配合动作和声音:呜呜呜。。。

T: You can guess.(出示风的ppt)

S:windy……

师教授windy(It’s windy.) 问:呜呜呜。。。是风大还是风小

S:大风

师出示大风的ppt,学习新单词,strong windy并带读

5、同上学习It’s snowy和新单词light snow

6、看天气预报的视频

T: What does the woman say? You can speak in Chinese.l

S: 天气预报

接下来学习新单词weather forecast

T: How is the weather today?/ What’s the weather like today?

S: it’s sunny.

T:yes . it’s sunny.

T: How is the weather tomorrow?/ What’s the weather like tomorrow?

引导学生运用It will be…….句型回答。It will be sunny. You can say, It will be clear. 教授新单词 clear

7、Chant

Sunny sunny it will be sunny

Rainy rainy it will be rainy

Clear clear it will be clear

Windy windy it will be windy

8、分别贴图片sunny, rainy, windy, snowy,练习跟it will be 的连接
