(The Present Perfect Passive Voice) Introduction: To warm up students, they will be asked to read the text again and then shall go on to discover useful words and expressions by doing related exercises. After that they may be helped to learn about the present perfect passive voice and to discover and use useful structures. Teaching Objectives：

After class, students are supposed to improve themselves in different dimensions, they are knowledge aims , skills and emotional aims. Knowledge objectives:

students can build their word power by means of word formation

students are able to understand and use the present perfect passive voice

Skill objectives: Students can fluently communicate with others using the present perfect passive voice. Emotional objectives: Students can have interest in English grammar and at the same time students can build their communicative and cooperative abilities.

Teaching methods: Task-based language teaching Teaching key and difficult points：

The structure of the present perfect passive voice and its sentence pattern transformation. Teaching aids:

Multimedia equipment, blackboard Teaching procedures: 1. Warming up (5 minutes) students are asked to read the text ,discovering all the sentences which contain any of the sentences which contain the “have/has done”and its sentence pattern transformation. Sentences from text: 1 Over time I have been changed quite a lot. 2 First as a PC and then as a laptop, I have been used in offices and homes since the 1970s. 3 I have also been put into robots. 4 Many new applications have been found for me. (Intention:Have a brief view of the grammar points, and have a fundamental understanding on the present perfect passive voice ) 2. observe and learn(5minutes) Encourage the students to discuss the following questions in groups by observing the sentences presented in ppt : 1.

I have been employed at the job since 2000.

Those dirty clothes have been washed. 3.

That book has been translated into 5 foreign language. 4.

The plan has been carried out since last year. 5.

The construction of the bridge has not been finished. 6.

My bike has not been repaired since yesterday. Then answer the following questions 1.can you summarize the basic structure of the present perfect passive voice ? 2.what about the basic negative structure? ( Intention: Cultivate students’

simultaneously students will be familiar about the structure of present perfect passive voice) Students summarize the rules with the help of the teacher and then

practice on the points. 3.

The procedures are the same as step2, this part mainly talks about the sentences pattern transformation, which are the general question and special question. EXAMPLES: Have/has+主语+been done 特殊疑问词+have/has+主语+been done 4. Difficult problems solution

Part1: The team has already finished the project.

The project has already been finished (by the team)

The shop assistant has arranged all the goods in order. All the goods have been arranged in order by the shop assistant. 只带有一个宾语的动词变为被动语态时，将主动语态的宾语变为被动语态的主语。

Part2:His uncle has given him lots of presents since his birth. A lot of presents have been given to him since his birth (by his uncle)

Her mother has already bought her a dress.

She has already been bought a dress (by her mother). 常带双宾语的动词有哪些？

双宾语动词时，一般将直接宾语变为被动语态的主语。

Part 3: we have elected him our monitor recently.

He has been elected our monitor (by us) recently.

With these decorations, the workers have made the room more beautiful.

With these decorations, the rooms has been made more beautiful (by the workers). 带有复合宾语的动词变为被动语态，只能将宾语变为主语，原来的宾语补足语变为主语补足语. 5 Practice makes perfect
