Lesson8 Always Brush Your Teeth

一．教学目标

1.知识目标

（1）加深before, after, first, next, then的理解。

（2）复习动词短语brush teeth, wash hands, wash face, go to school, have breakfast, get up. 2.情感目标

Please brush your teeth everyday. 二．教学重点难点

教学重点：通过课文的学习可以用before, after, then, next描述自己的一天。

教学难点：注意单数第三人称做主语时动词的变化。

三．教学过程

1. Greeting 2. New concepts (1) 首先默读课文第一部分，通过观察图片和回答问题，复习动词短语

T: Today is Wednesday, this is Wednesday morning. please look at this picture, Who is he?

S: He is LiMing. T: What does LiMing do ? S: LiMing brushes his teeth and washes his hands. 通过学生的回答复习brush teeth, wash hands这两个短语。让学生多读几遍短语。(强调单三做主语时动词的变化) T: Can you guess then what does LiMing do?( 通过提问引出have breakfast 这个短语

（2）加深对after, before的理解

T: After breakfast, can you guess, what does LiMing do? S: go to school, read books…

T: Before breakfast, what does LiMing do? S: brush his teeth and wash his hands（

找同学读这些短语）

( 3 ) 通过观察三幅图片，描述李明的早晨。强调单数第三人称做主语时动词的变化。一幅图片对应一句话，先找同学分别读，介绍完三幅图片后。

（4）通过学习李明的早晨，同桌讨论，互相说出对方的早晨活动。（练习单三做主语动词的变化）

T: What else can you do before breakfast? S: I can …(wash face, comb hair, run, make the bed) T: please talk about with your classmate, finish this sentences.(小组讨论)

a.m. （6）通过Danny的反面例子，告诉学生每天要刷牙，这样才会有健康的牙齿。达到情感教育的目的。

T: LiMing has good habit. But Danny doesn’t have. Please look at picture and read it. S: read the text. T: So students, please brush your teeth everyday. You will have healthy, strong teeth. Please drink plenty of water and do exercise. Before eat food, wash your hands. That’s very important. （7）课文第二部分的学习Jenny’s week,加深对first, then, nest的理解。加强单三做主语时动词变化的练习。

First, listen to the radio. Then order the sentence. Let one student to read it .Next answer my question“How many days does Jenny go to

school in a week?”and “What does Jenny do in the morning?”

学生自读第二部分，看图片说出句子,完成书上的练习。

（8）看图片说句子，和同桌讨论，形成语篇。Write a composition, “____ Week”. 三．Homework 1. Listen to the radio and read the text. 2. Write the composition.
