教学内容:
跟上兔子四年级第一季
Can I play with you ?
一、教学目标
1.能会说情感类的单词,如naughty, sadly, polite, rudeness, happy等。以及句型I want to play…
What are you doing, Little Elephant? Go away! Can I play with you?和用于回答的句式sure, come here , of course 等。
2.能较流利的朗读故事并能了解故事的大意。
3.能自然流利地表达故事。
4.能学会有礼貌地和朋友玩耍。
二、教学重难点:
1.重点:能较为流利的朗读故事并了解故意的大意。
2.难点:学生能表演故事内容。
三、情感目标:
通过学习知道和朋友玩耍要懂礼貌。
四、教学准备:
PPT、卡片,头饰等。
五、教学过程
Step1. Free talk
T: Good morning, boys and girls. I’m your new English teacher Ms Zhou.
Do you want to be my friends?
Ss: …
T: Why?
Ss: …
T: Do you want to know
why I want to be your friend ?
T: Now I’ll tell you the reason, because you’re polite. 表演polite,教授新单词polite并板贴。
T: I think you can understand
“polite”and I know you are all polite students.Now, I have many friends. I’m very happy.
教授新单词
happy并板贴。
Step2. Lead in
(1)T: Do you have any friends in our class?
Ss: Yes.
T: Who is your friend in our class ?
Ss: …
T: What do you often play together ?
Ss: …引出play ball games.
(2)T:Do you often play on the swing together ?
Ss:…引出play on the swing.
(3)Teacher show some ducks to the students and tell them :They are good friends,
they like playing in the water.
引出play in the water.
Step3. Presentation
Part1
(1)T: Look at the picture, does the Little Elephant have many friends?(ppt呈现图片)
Ss:Yes.
T:

T: The Little Elephant has so many friends,
but why does he cry so sadly?教授新单词sadly(表演并板贴sadly)
(2)T:Well done. Now let’s read P4 to P15 and find why does the Little Elephant cry so sadly? (ppt提示学生可用汉语回答)

T:Read this part ,(师指书,告诉学生读哪部分,并要求学生大声朗读。)and then answer
my questions, “Why does Little Elephant cry so sadly ?”

Ss:What are you doing, Little Elephant? Go away!
T: 演大象,呈现Leaves sadly 场景并且连续说三遍“The Little Elephant leaves sadly.”让学生感受这句话的意思。
(3)T:呈现ppt, “Why do they don’t play with him ?”
Read after the computer, pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.(ppt 呈现同步跟读课文)
(4) T:Why do they don’t play with him? you can say it in Chinese.(引导学生说出not polite, rudeness , naughty.)
T: Because the Little Elephant is not polite, he is naughty and his rudeness,(师板贴naughty and rudeness) so they don’t want to play with him.
T:师表演naughty and rudeness.(让学生感受其意思。)
Part2
(1)T:You think the Little Elephant is naughty and his rudeness,
they don’t want to play with him. Maybe
yes maybe no.But I think you can find the answer in this part.(拿书指后半部分P16 to P25,同时投影)

But what should the Little Elephant do? Read after the computer, and try to find the answer.( ppt 呈现同步跟读课文)读完后,问学生“

T: Now, please copy it on your exercise book. Can you copy other sentences that appears several times in part 1?( 师完成板书)
Step4
Practice
1.T: Now I’m going to divide you into three groups, group 1students are elephants, group 2 students are monkeys, group3 students are ducks, group4 students are tigers. We use repeated sentences to dub the pictures.(师读旁白,ppt 呈现图片,鼓励学生带上动作和表情)
2.T:You act very well.Can you act it with your partner? First , let’s make a Little Elephant by ourselves .Look at me.(师在黑板上画大象,学生自己动手做一个大象头饰)
3T: Choose one part to act.(用大象头饰,选择课本中的一部分开始表演。)
Step 5 Summary
T:Well done. Boys and girls. Today ,we have learned a story about the Little Elephant. He is very naughty, so no one wants to play with him, he cries sadly. But then,
he knows if he wants to play with others, he need to ask first, just be polite. The Little elephant is sorry for his rudeness,
he learns to say “ Can I play with you ?” , at last, he has many friends, he is so happy.
Step6. Homework
a. Tell this story to your parents.
b. Try to make a new story.
