Lesson 5 Where？

一、教学内容：

本课是冀教版小学英语三年级起始版三年级下册，Unit 1 Animals on the Farm中的第五课《Lesson 5 Where？》，是本单元的一节新授课。在本课学生学习介词in, on, under和 box. 能运用介词词组in the box, on the box, under the box.和句型Where is...? It’s ...来表达在哪儿。鼓励学生使用所学内容进行对话、回答问题，并在此基础上表演对话、充分练习学生的语言表达能力和综合运用能力。

二、教学目标

1. 知识与技能目标：

（1）学生能用下列词表示位置关系：in, on, under以及名词box。

（2）学生能运用下列句型表述方位：Where is...? It’s ...

2. 情感与态度目标：

（1）培养学生学习英语的兴趣，对日常生活中的事物能用英语的思维进行思考运用。

（2）通过小组合作，培养学生的参与意识和协作精神。

3. 学习策略目标：

（1）学生能够进行小组合作练习，共同完成学习任务，培养了学生的交际策略。

（2）通过玩具创设情境活动让学生注意力集中，倾听和模仿。

三、教学重点：

学习介词in, on, under和 box. 能运用介词词组in the box, on the box, under the box.和句型Where is...? It’s ...来表达在哪儿。

四、教学难点：

能综合运用所学的语句进行交际。

五、教学过程：

StepⅠ. Class Opening 1、Greetings 2、 Reciew the words. StepⅡ.New Concepts 1.师生拿出带来的玩具。 T:(拿盒子)Look! This is a box.教授box (把猫放在盒子里) Look ， Where is the cat? Ss: It’s in the box. 引出单词并教授。

教授on ,on the box under,under the box 2.Key sentences （指其中一幅图）Look at the picture. Where is the cat? Ss: It’s...（板书句子）Where is the cat? It’s... 3.Listen and repeat. 4.Practice with the sentences. （指幻灯图片）Where is the rabbit? It’s... 指名回答。

5.图片快闪，学生回答它们的位置。

6.Practice in groups小组内练习

Now, you can practice with: in, on and under. （老师举例）For example: Where is the ruler? 7.Group presentation小组展示

8.听录音第三部分。

9.口头练习课本第三部分内容（拿箱子和鸭子）

T: Look at the box. An animal is in it. Is it a cat? Ss: No, it isn’t. T: Can it swim? Ss: Yes, it can. T: It can say “quack, quack”. It’s a duck. 10.What’s in the box？（幻灯出示一个盒子）

T: There is a box, too. Guess. What’s in the box? 学生运用所给句子来猜，老师回答Yes or No。

Ss: Is it a duck / rabbit ...? Ss: Can it swim / fly / run...?（猜到后打开盒子）
