教学内容:Let’s check/Let’s wrap it up/Story time

一、教学目标与要求

1.复习本单元的四会单词、词组及句子。

2.能够独立完成Let’s check/Let’s wrap it up部分内容。

3.理解Story time 中的故事。

重点:掌握本单元单词和句子。

难点:完成相关练习并理解故事。

四、教学步骤

Step1 Warming-up &revision

一、复习(Revision)

1.复习三会单词和词组:star, easy, look up, Internet, different, active, race, nothing, thought, felt, cheetah, trip, woke, dream。

(1)先抽读单词卡片,然后让学生看图说单词。

(2)活动:炸弹

活动方式:教师任意指定一个单词做“炸弹”,如star。在抽读单词卡片的过程中碰到“star”这个单词时,学生只能读“Bomb!”,如果读“star”则被判出局。2.复习四会单词和词组:dining hall ,grass, gym, ago, cycling, go cycling, ice-skate, badminton.

(1)教师出示图片,学生抢答说单词,抢答到的学生还要拼读出单词。

(2)全班齐拼单词。

3.活动:Then and now

活动方式:学生两人一组,就家庭的变化进行对话,最后请一组学生到台前表演。如:

A:Where did you live ten years ago?

B:We lived in an old house. There wasn’t a study and a bathroom in it. A:Where do you live now?

B:We live in a bag house. It’s very clean and bright.

A:How did your father go to work then?

B:He went to work by bus.

A:How about now?

B:He goes to work by car.

Step2 Presentation

1.教学B. Let’s check

(1)先让学生观察课本这三幅图片画的是什么?

(2)教师播放录音,学生听音标号。

(3)全班讲评订正。

(4)教师再次播放录音,学生边听边将没有听到的单词划去。

(5)全班讲评订正。

2. 教学B.Let’s wrap it up

(1)教师讲解答题要求。

(2)学生独立填空。

(3)全班讲评订正。

3.教学C.Story time

(1)教师指着插图,先做背景介绍:

T:Look. Zoom and Zip are talking about changes. What are they talking about ?

Let’s read.

(2)学生阅读故事,了解故事大意,画出不理解的句子。

(3)教师播放录像,学生边看录像边理解故事内容。在理解故事内容的基础上,让学生模仿故事中人物的语音、语调朗读下列句子:

Cavemen often ate raw meat.

In 2050,there will be house robots.

They didn’t do the dishes either!

We should help the earth now, so birds will have homes and forests will be healthy and green again.

Before humans lived on the earth, whales already lived in the sea. If we change now, whales and humans will have a bright future.

Heal the world!

Make it a better place!

Step 3 Consolidation

活动:环保小达人

活动方式:学生六人一组,制作一份英文版的保护环境的宣传海报。可以介绍动植物界及人类的生存危机,也可以介绍一些环保小举措,一起争当“环保小达人”。海报制作完成后现在班级展示,评出奖项,如:“最佳创意奖”“最佳版面奖”,最后选出一些作品进行全校展示。
