一、整体设计思路

1. According to the English Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School, as a language, English has the function to get people who use it to acquire the culture and background of the English-speaking countries, which will improve the recognition of the use and understanding of the language, broaden students’ horizons and boost the consciousness of the world, thus promote students’ awareness of cross-culture. 2. Based on the understanding of the convenience brought by the shortened mobile phone messages and emoticons, this class aims at promoting the students’ awareness of recognizing that the development of the Internet and Telecommunication has both advantages and disadvantages, and it mainly depends on how people use them.
