教材分析

本文介绍了几种简单的英语诗歌。第一段统领全文，阐述写诗的目的，即叙事或表达情感。由此自然低引导到下文，即诗歌的种类。从第二段开始，分析不同种类的诗歌，并举例说明。儿歌节奏明快、韵律和谐、朗朗上口、不断重复，利于记忆，是语言学习的有效手段。清单诗，尤其是那些不断重复短语和节奏的诗歌，比较容易创作。五行诗，顾名思义，有五行组成，寥寥数语，言简意赅。

句起源于日本，由17个音节组成。她虽非传统的英语诗歌，但为英语国家的人们所喜爱。英语国家也借鉴了中国的唐诗，许多唐诗被译成英文，广为传诵。

学情分析：

授课对象为某中学高二（11）班学生56人。该班学生整体外向，开朗、思维活跃。除了一个学生英语成绩比较突出外，大部分学生处于中等偏下水平。学生英语基础薄弱，词汇量很小。整体看，该班学生能用英语提取信息、处理信息，简单表达自己的观点；但是运用英语连贯地描述事件、阐释意义和批判评价的能力都比较弱。

教学目标

通过本课的学习，学生能够：

1.了解几种简单的英语诗歌的特点，并知道诗人写诗的目的；

2.促进学生欣赏诗歌之美，并尝试自己写诗表达情感。

学习准备：学生课前自学了新单词，预习了课文。
