As Senior Three students, we are often under pressure. With too much study pressure, many of us don't pay any attention to our physical and mental health. What results in it? Firstly, many students haven't developed healthy eating habits. It's common for them to eat too many snacks. Secondly, buried in their lessons, they're short of necessary exercise. What's the worst is that some students don't like talking with others face to face, which leads to their lack of communication. As a result, they are in bad health.
