Analysis of Teaching Material Earthquake is familiar for students.Many countries have gone through earthquake.Thus it is very necessary for students to learn basic knowledge about earthquake and to protect oneself and help others in disasters.This unit is related to our real life,making students feel disasters’ ruthlessness. Teaching Aims:

1.Help students to memorize the spelling and meaning of the important in this part 2.Help students get a thorough understanding of the reading material in this unit. Ability Aims: Let students to learn to use some reading skills(skimming,careful reading, post-reading) to understand the reading material. Emotion Aims: In this period , students improve consciousness of safety when we meet an earthquake.

教学反思：

本节课是人教版必修一unit4 Earthquake period 2,我将本节课设计为教授本课时的新单词，导入，略读，查读，细读，阅读后及作业等8个步骤。我充分自制课件，使本节课的内容更加充实，容量更多。既贯通了所要学的阅读技能，又结合了生活中的事例，使得本节课学生在学习过程中兴趣更加浓厚，积极地主动阅读，讨论问题热烈，课堂气氛活跃，现将课堂教学反思总结如下：

本节课英语教学中以任务为线索，让学生自主探究和合作探究为主，避免了老师整堂讲的旧理念，培养了学生自主学习的能力。因此本人在这节课中安排血红色呢过的个人探索，协作学习等来激发学生的学习兴趣，通过阅读，有创造性的完成任务，

让学生在教师的指导下，促进语言实际运用能力的提高，同时让学生们了解有关地震的常识及存活的方法。本人这节课安排探究和讨论等形式鼓励学生借助小组活动的形式来合作，来表达。来思考。能使学生在活动中互相学习，取长补短，体验集体荣誉感，发展合作精神。

这堂课上完后我也有很多遗憾的地方：首先课件的制作不是很完美，对于地震中逃生的环节，没有直观的用PPT呈现；我的这节课因为都是学生唱主角，学生必须要具备最基本的学科素养，但对于基础较差的有些学生来说（特别在自己编问题）比较吃力，为了让课堂达到比较完美的效果，我有些忽略了他们！在以后的课中必须采取“培优补弱”，另外，在时间的掌握上也有些欠缺，下次一定要合理安排时间，让整堂课更加紧凑！
