Unit 3 What are you going to do? 教学内容:第1课时:A Let’s try Let’s talk 教材分析:
本课的教学内容是PEP六年级上册unit 3 What are you going to do?
Part A第一课时Let’s try和Let’s talk部分。本课时的重点是学习英语中的重要语法一般将来时的最基本的句型,六年级的学生对于英语已经有了一定的自主学习能力,同时,学生已经掌握了较多的动词短语,为本课时的学习打下了基础。
学情分析:
六年级的学生已经有了一定的英语知识基础,虽然他们的理解力随着年龄的增长而提高,但是要记忆大量的词汇和句式,要把课本知识转化为技能。本课是本单元中第一课时,学习英语中的重要时态一般将来时的最基本的句型,What are you going to do? I’m going to… ,教师要帮助学生理解并让学生能够熟练运用这个句型。
教学目标:
1.学生能够在情境中运用What are /is ...going to do tomorrow? I’m ...,He/She is going to ....谈论周末活动计划;
2. 学生能够了解be going to 表示将来计划的用法;
3. 学生能够用正确的语言语调朗读对话。
教学重点:
1.学生能够在情境中运用What are /is ...going to do tomorrow? I’m ...,He/She is going to ....谈论周末活动计划;
2.理解词汇see a film和have to的意思并能正确发音。
教学难点:
能够运用句型讨论自己的活动计划

教学步骤:
Step1: Warming up and revision Free talks: What do you often/usually do on the weekend? I often/usually…
(设计意图:激活学生关于周末活动的生活经历,并复习学过的动词短语)
Step 2:Presentation and practice 1.教师提问:The weekend is coming.What are you going to do this weekend?What am I going to do? Can you guess?将学生猜测的活动短语板书在黑板上。
(设计意图:通过猜测教师的周末活动激发学生参与教学活动的兴趣,并为下一步呈现教师周末活动计划做好铺垫。)
2.教师整体介绍自己的周末活动安排,让学生对照板书选出正确的猜测。This is my weekend plan,please listen carefully: I’m going to be very busy this weekend.I’m going to clean my room on Saturday.On Sunday morning,I’m going to the supermarket.In the afternoon ,I’m going to wash the clothes.In
the evening,I’m going to read a book.I’ll be busy and happy. (设计意图:用语篇整体呈现教师的周末活动计划,让学生初步感知be going to的用法) 3、板书I’m going to...并解释be going to的用法。
4、练习:What are you going to do this weekend? I’m going to... 5、转换人称练习What is he/she going to do this weekend? He/She is going to... (设计意图:强化对be going to 的语言形式的认识,并归纳不同人称和be 动词的搭配,为理解对话后面的回答问题做铺垫) 6、教学 Let’s try 教师介绍对话背景,学生课前预测。教师呈现A Let’s talk的插图引出Let’s try的对话背景: It’s Saturday morning. Sarah in on the phone with Mike.They are talking about their plan for Saturday afternoon.Can Mike go swimming today? Listen and circle the right answer. Check the answers. 7、Let’s talk (1)T: Mike is on the phone with Sarah now. Listen the tape and answer the questions: a. What is Sarah going to do tomorrow? b.What is Mike going to do tomorrow? (2) Read the dialogue after the tape.
(3) Let’s act . (4) Make a new dialogue. Step 3: Consolidation and extension 1.Make a survey:小组调查并介绍同伴的周末活动计划。
